30-day return policy
At PhoneLife, you always have the right to return your purchase up to 30 days from the date you received the goods. So you can return your item to us for any reason and get your money back. However, in order to return your purchase, it is assumed that the product is in pristine condition and that the packaging and labels are undamaged. The packaging for the product must also be returned for the return to be accepted. If the product is not in pristine condition, PhoneLife reserves the right to deduct from the total value an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product. You, the customer, are responsible for the return postage and for ensuring that your return reaches us.
Products and product categories excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal or packaging is broken, or if the product has been used:
- All types of in-ear headphones (headphones that are placed inside the ear), including accessories such as replacement tips for these headphones.
- Electronic products where the seal or packaging has been broken, such as headphones, memory cards, Galaxy SmartTag, and other sealed electronic products.
- Toys and other similar products with built-in batteries.
- Consumables, such as batteries.
If you have purchased any of these product types, they can only be returned if the seal and/or packaging is intact.

Please include your order number and name in the return so that we can process it. We will notify you by email when we have processed your returned item. We will refund you via the same payment method you used to pay as soon as your return is processed. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your returned item to be processed after it reaches us. However, it usually takes less than this.
In some cases, your return shipment may end up at our nearest pickup point, but no problem! These are retrieved continuously and will be handled just as usual.
Change to an alternative product
Are you not satisfied with your purchase or did you get the wrong model? No problem. First, order the desired product in the shop and it will be sent to you as soon as possible. Then follow the instructions for returning your order above.
Complaints
Have you experienced a defective product or a wrong delivery? Please contact us at support.ie@phonelife.com as soon as possible and we will assist you. Please send a picture of the damage to ensure the fastest possible handling of your claim. In the event of an approved claim or incorrect delivery, we will pay for your return shipping.
The right to complain and the warranty on the products apply if they are incorrectly manufactured or do not function as intended. Damage caused by use or installation, wear and tear, incorrectly applied screen protectors or similar, is not subject to a claim.
